油烟管道的清洗包括烟罩表面、烟罩内的灯罩、排风口、排烟口以及电机、灶台表面。烟道清洗的是排烟口与烟罩相连处并和烟罩同步平行的排烟道。对平行烟道内部进行彻底清洁。

The cleaning of the oil fume pipeline includes the surface of the hood, the lampshade inside the hood, the exhaust outlet, the smoke exhaust outlet, as well as the surface of the motor and stove. 排烟罩一般用火碱清洗附着在排烟罩表面的油泥。具体的清洗步骤如下：

Smoke exhaust hoods are generally cleaned with caustic soda to remove the oil sludge adhering to the surface of the hood. The specific cleaning steps are as follows:

1、把挡水板拆下，脱水扇拆下;

1. Remove the water baffle and the dewatering fan;

2、把较厚的油泥用铲子铲掉 主管道是油泥存在的主要地方，必须清洗铲干净;

2. Using a shovel to remove thicker sludge from the main pipeline is the main place where sludge exists and must be cleaned and shoveled clean;

3、清洗管道拐弯位置，例如弯头、三通，必要时在弯头上方开口;

3. Clean the bend position of the pipeline, such as elbows and tees, and if necessary, open an opening above the elbow;

4、把挡水板运水扇放在火碱水里泡，来分解上面的油泥，泡完后用高压水枪清水洗净。

4. Soak the water baffle fan in caustic soda water to decompose the oil sludge on it. After soaking, rinse with high-pressure water gun and clean water.

5、用火碱水冲洗排烟罩表面，用清水洗净即可。

5. Rinse the surface of the smoke exhaust hood with caustic soda water and rinse with clean water.

采用的主要方法是人员进入烟道内部进行清洁。对于排烟口窄小，人工无法进入烟道或由于烟道走身狭窄、人工触及不到无法进行清洁，但又存在着重大隐患的，可利用特殊设备进行清洁，不留死角，一切潜在的火灾隐患
