油雾产生的原因及危害

    油雾净化器是一种应用于机械加工中用冷却剂冷却工件而产生烟雾的收集设备,设备体积小,收集效率高达95%以上,可以应用于机械加工中各种油雾/烟气的收集处理。

    一般情况下,机械雾化过程产生的油雾主要以液滴形态存在,液滴直径范围较宽,通常为2-10um。蒸发产生的油蒸汽在冷凝过程中也会形成直径非常细小的冷凝悬浮体,粒径通常为2um以下。

    油蒸汽和大颗粒液滴对人体肺部的危害相对较小。以油蒸汽形态存在的油雾被吸入肺部又被呼出,它们并不会被肺泡捕获,而大颗粒的油滴无法通过鼻子和支气管进入肺部。只有以液滴形式存在,且直径小于5um的油雾颗粒才能顺利到达肺泡,并在肺部沉淀,从而造成对人体的危害。

The emulsion and moisture attached to the dust collecting electrode plate are acted on by gravity to the oil collecting tank at the lower part of the oil mist purifying equipment.
