　　A.中华人民共和国环境保护部于2000年2月29日发布了环境保护标准(gwpb5-2000)《餐饮业烟尘排放标准(试行)》其中规定了实施范围、排放限值、监测和实施标准。本标准自2000年7月1日起实施;
