1. Ensure that the joints of equipment components are tight without air leakage; The inner surface of the air duct of the cleaning system must be flat and smooth, and it is strictly forbidden to have transverse joints and reinforcement in the duct or to use convex edge reinforcement.
2. The biting seam of air duct shall be compact, uniform in width, and free from defects such as hole, half biting and expansion crack. The longitudinal seam of straight pipe is staggered; The bending angle of the air duct is straight, the arc is uniform, the planes of the two ends are parallel, and there is no warping angle, and the concave convex surface is not more than 10 mm; The connection between the air duct and the flange shall be firm, the flanging shall be smooth, and the width shall be greater than 6 mm.
3. The distance between the holes of the bolts and rivets of the air duct flange shall not exceed 150 mm. There shall be no screw holes at the welding seam, and the screw holes shall be interchangeable; There is no obvious trace on the surface of stainless steel plate and aluminum plate air duct, and there is no damage on the surface of composite steel plate air duct.
Whether the structure and function of the air duct processing equipment are in good condition or not is an important factor affecting the air duct forming. So before the production should be debugged to ensure the smooth processing.
