　　机壳由顶壳、侧板(两块)、集油罩组成，均采用冷轧薄钢板并经烤漆制成，或采用表面经喷塑、搪瓷处理，也有用不锈钢板制成，使外型光亮美观、耐用易于清洁。

　　电动机是油烟净化器的核心部件，采用两台(单头油烟净化器采用一台)全封闭的单相220V电容运转式异步电动机，功率为30～IOOW。

　　The motor is the core component of the soot purifier. It uses two units (a single head lampblack purifier with one) and a single enclosed 220V capacitor operated asynchronous motor with power of 30 ~ IOOW.

　　电机主要由前、后壳、定子、转子构成，分别安装在顶壳的两个圆形的塑料法兰中，电动机后壳安装了一个后盖，起防尘作用。

　　The motor is mainly composed of front, back shell, stator and rotor. They are respectively installed in the two round plastic flanges of the top shell, and the back shell of the motor is equipped with a back cover to prevent dust.

　　外排式油烟净化器使用的电动机结构简单，启动性能好，转矩大，噪声低，运转平稳。由于电动机长期在油烟和水蒸气环境中使用，所以对电机的要求特别高，而采用绝缘性能、防潮、防腐蚀性能好的全封闭式电动机。
