厨房排烟设备排烟管道结构要点

1.需要隔热的金属排烟管道。需要选用不燃保温材料,如矿棉、玻璃棉、岩棉、硅酸铝等。

4.烟气出口的数据应由耐火性好的材料制成;排放口的朝向应根据建筑所在的条件进行确定,需要避免燃烧风险。

5.济南厨房排烟设备排烟管道穿过防烟墙时,管道与防烟墙之间的空间应用水泥砂浆等不燃材料填实;排烟管道与排烟风机的连接,排烟管道安装厂家建议选择法兰连接或不焚烧的软连接。

7.为了防止不同出烟口风压的相互影响,在每个出烟口增加了一个导流板。导流板的尺寸应根据风管的尺寸和每个厨房的排烟量来确定。  每个排烟口都应制造成朝向厨房的一定坡度,以尽可能防止油进入排烟道。

8.风管的尺寸应根据设计的油烟排放量计算(但应尽可能增加)。为了便于今后油烟管道的清洗,风管的尺寸不得小于1000 * 400 mm。

9.为了风管设备的方便,风管制作的长度应根据楼层高度确定(使风管法兰高出楼层100-150mm)。

10、风管装置在风管关闭前,做漏光试验;屋顶排烟口百叶窗的面积是烟道截面积的1.5倍
