(2)含挡油板和送风设备的集气罩能够较好地收集烹饪过程产生的油烟，油滴不散落，只要送风风量合理，厨房操作人员工作面的空气质量就好。但安装要求较高，投资较大。

3)开口分布不合理或是开口没有随着与主管道的距离增大而增大，从而引起局部排烟不通畅

4)集气(烟)罩上面的集烟管道截面积太小，导致出烟不通畅。
