管道的设计应从起点开始编号，起点一般为接口位置，相同截面规格相同长度的节点应为相同编号，应按顺序编号。为了便于有组织的施工。

加工需要注意的问题

Issues to be noted in processing

通风管道加工不能在其内部设置钢筋骨架或钢筋，如果添加会影响管道的质量。

The processing of ventilation ducts cannot have steel reinforcement skeletons or steel bars installed inside, as adding them will affect the quality of the ducts.

加工不能使用c型直角插入和s型插入的连接方式。 对于特殊管道，不能采用卡扣式咬合口。通风管制作完成后，需要用清洗液清洗，达到标准后才能进行密封。

The connection method of C-shaped right angle insertion and S-shaped insertion cannot be used for processing. For special pipelines, snap on bite openings cannot be used. After the production of the ventilation pipe is completed, it needs to be cleaned with cleaning solution to meet the standards before sealing can be carried out.

减少管道加工过程中出现纵向接缝，不能横向接缝，并且管道间隙应按照设计的清洁水平要求用密封剂堵塞，管道板材接缝的密封面应位于通风管道壁的正压侧。山东通风管道加工过程中应采取防腐措施。管道零件需要镀锌。
