一.工艺要求

1、装置风管前，应将图纸与施工现场进行核对，查看能否按规划的标高和方位进行装置；

3、风管体系的各部分尺度和视点承认准确无误后，开端组对装置，风管的衔接应平直、不歪曲，且衔接法兰的螺母应在同一侧；

4、风管与风管法兰间的垫片选用厚3mm及以上的耐热橡胶板，垫片不该凸入管内，亦不宜杰出法兰，且垫片中不该含有石棉及其它有害成分，且应耐油耐潮耐酸碱腐蚀；

7、各类风管部件及操作组织的装置，先查看阀门外形及操作组织是否完好，查看动作的灵活性，承认阀门各方面正常之后再进行装置装置方向、方位应正确，在阀门操作组织一侧应少有350mm的净空间，以便操作、检修；防火分区隔墙两边的防火阀，间隔墙体外表不该大于200mm；

二.质量操控关键

1、风管内禁止有杂物或其它管线穿越，并做好清洁和维护作业；

2、支吊架下沿和外缘与接触网带电体(含承力索,下馈线等)间隔有必要坚持大于230mm,并应严厉依照限界要求施行；

11、对体系风管的检测，宜选用分段检测、汇总剖析的办法。在严厉装置质量管理的基础上，体系风管的检测以总管和干管为主。当选用漏光法检测体系的严密性时，低压体系风管以每 10m 接缝，漏光点不大于 2 处，且100m 接缝均匀不大于 16处为合格；中压体系风管每 10m接缝，漏光点不大于 1 处，且 100m 接缝均匀不大于 8 处为合格。

三.制品维护措施

1、风管转移装卸应轻拿轻放，不得在地面上拖拽，并防止磕碰，摔绊；不得损坏法兰镀锌层，如有划伤应补漆完好；

2、风管吊装过程中，两头未衔接处有必要用塑料薄膜封住，风管上风口装置前相同需用塑料薄膜封住，透明胶带粘贴好，以防尘埃进入；
